Cannot Communicate via Wireless LAN
What to check
Countermeasure
Is the optional wireless LAN installed?
Install the optional wireless LAN.
Wireless LAN Interface Connection (Optional)
Is the network setting of the product set to Auto or Wi-Fi? Also, if Auto is selected, did you power on the product after disconnecting the LAN cable?
Set the network setting of the product to Auto or Wi-Fi. If Auto is selected, power on the product after disconnecting the LAN cable.
Interface
Are the devices using the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or a microwave oven, in use near the product?
Install the product in a location away from any devices that use the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or microwaves.
Is there an obstacle, such as a metal rack, between the product and the host?
Perform the wireless LAN communication when there is no obstacle, such as a metal rack, between the product and the host.
Are the interface settings of the product set correctly?
Set the interface settings of the product again.
Wi-Fi
Power the product off and then on again if the error cannot be resolved.
Powering On/Off the Product
 
Contact your SATO technical support if the error still cannot be resolved.
