LAN Interface Connection (Standard) Are the port and protocol set correctly in the interface settings of the product? Set the port and protocol again in the interface settings of the product. Ports Do you have a PING response? Check the settings such as the IP address and subnet mask in the interface settings of the product. LAN Also, check that the power of the hub is on, and that it is not defective. Power the product off and then on again if the error cannot be resolved.
