Install the optional wireless LAN/Bluetooth kit. Bluetooth Interface Connection (Optional) Is the Bluetooth function of the product enabled? Enable the Bluetooth function of the product. In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and set the [Bluetooth] > [Enable] menu. Enable Are there devices using the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or a microwave oven, in use near the product? Install the product in a location away from any devices that use the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or microwave ovens. Is there an obstacle, such as a metal rack, between the product and the host? Bluetooth communications are possible within 10 m (32.8 feet) and when there are no obstacles, such as metal racks, between the product and the host. Are the product's interface settings configured correctly? Set the interface settings of the product again. In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and set the [Bluetooth] menu. Bluetooth Menu Power on the product and computer again if the error cannot be resolved. Powering On/Off the Product Uninstall the printer driver, and install it again as the administrator if the error still cannot be resolved.
