Set the functions for SOS (SATO Online Services).
SOS (SATO Online Services) is a service that monitors printer operational status via the cloud and supports parts replacement and troubleshooting. It is necessary to register an account and register the product to be used. For details, refer to the SOS portal site.

Select the SOS connection method or disable SOS function.

Shows the serial number and association code that are necessary when adding the product to SOS.

[Periodic Notification]
Set the frequency and timing for displaying periodic notifications from SOS.
Scan the displayed QR code shown in the notification, and send product information to the SOS cloud.

Specifies the number of notifications to be displayed per day.

Set when to display notifications based on the distance the print head has printed.

Set when to display notifications based on the number of cuts by the cutter.
Appears if you set [Counter] in [Type], and [Cutter] or [Printhead+Cutter] is set in [Periodic Notification] > [Counter].
[QR code offset]
Correct the print position of the QR code displayed in scheduled notifications by SOS.
Appears if you select [On-Demand] for [Mode].
[QR code offset] > [Vertical]
Adjust the vertical position of the QR Code by setting '+' to move the print position in the direction opposite to the feed direction and '-' to move it in the feed direction.

Adjust the horizontal position of the QR Code by using "+" to adjust to the left side and "-" to adjust to the right side while facing the front of the product.

[Daily Checkup]
The current product information is displayed by the QR code. Scan the QR code and send it to the SOS cloud.

To print a QR code, use media of the following sizes.
[Restore SOS Agent]
Restore the SOS agent to the factory default state.
[Supply Order] > [Supply Order]
When using the Supply Order function, information about the media and ribbon used by the product is periodically sent to the SOS cloud.
When the inventory managed on the cloud runs low, you will be notified by email when it is time to reorder.
To use this function, it must be enabled on the SOS web app.
When the function is enabled, information from the SOS web app will be displayed in this menu. Settings cannot be changed from the product.
Appears if you select [Real-Time] or [Light] for [Mode].
[Supply Order] > [Registered Count]
The number of profiles registered on the SOS web app is displayed.
[Supply Order] > [Current Profile]
Select the number of the profile to display in [Supply Profile].
[Supply Order] > [Supply Profile] > [Last Updated]
The last updated date and time of the profile selected in [Current Profile] is displayed.
[Supply Order] > [Supply Profile] > [Label Data]
The label information registered in the profile on the SOS Web app is displayed.
[Supply Order] > [Supply Profile] > [Ribbon Data]
The ribbon information registered in the profile on the SOS Web app is displayed.
[Supply Order] > [Supply Profile] > [Optimal Print Settings]
When enabled, printing will be performed using the optimal print settings for each profile.
The settings will be applied to the corresponding item in the [Printing] menu.
[Version]
Shows the version of the SOS agent.
