Precautions When Cleaning
To ensure the product operates properly and maintains print quality, clean the interior of the product using the cleaning schedule as a reference.
When cleaning, make sure that the product is powered off, and disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
- Do not operate the power supply, or connect or disconnect the power cord while your hands are wet. Doing so could cause an electric shock.
- Do not use cleaning fluids other than the ones supplied with the product or recommended by us. Also, never use organic solvents, such as thinner and benzine to clean the product.
- Contact your SATO reseller or technical support to purchase the cleaning kit, cleaning sheets, and other of our cleaning products.
