Loading Media and Ribbon Is the print head dirty? Clean the print head. Cleaning the Inside of the Product After that, perform a test print with the product. In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and execute the [Tools] > [Test Print] menu. Test Print Are the print darkness and print speed set correctly? Set the print darkness and print speed correctly. In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and set [Darkness] and [Speed] in the [Printing] menu.
