Warning Icons

The warning icons are displayed in the order that they are detected.

Warning icon	Warning	How to clear the warning	Cause	Countermeasure
	Receive buffer near full	No	The receive buffer is almost full.	Do not send the next data until the product finishes printing.
	Command error	The warning icon is cleared when the product receives the next item or when the job is canceled.	A command error was detected.	Please check the print data.
	Head error	No	A head error was detected.	Contact your technical support. The print head needs to be replaced.
	IP address not acquired (PW208NX wireless LAN model only)	No	The IP address is not correctly configured for IPv4 or IPv6. (e.g. the DHCP server may be down)	Reconfigure your network connection and settings, and restart the product once the network settings are displayed correctly.
	Authentication chip error	No	Authentication with iOS has been aborted.	Wait until the icon disappears (approx. 130 sec.) and then re-authenticate with iOS. Do not power off the product or remove the battery while the authentication with iOS is in progress.
	Authentication chip failure	No	Bluetooth connection with iOS cannot be established due to failure of the authentication chip.	Contact your technical support.
	SOS Light connection failed	No	Connection to the SOS server has failed.	Please check the network settings.
