[Wi-Fi]

Set the wireless LAN.

• When you complete setting in each setting screen, press the button to display the [Wi-Fi] screen. While [Save these settings?] is displayed on the [Wi-Fi] screen, press () button to enable the input value in each setting screen. When you press () button or power off product before the [Wi-Fi] screen is displayed, the input content is canceled. • Setting items, other than the [Enable] menu, appear only if the [Enable] menu is enabled. • When the installed wireless LAN module is W-LAN2 and [Ad-hoc] is selected in the [Mode] menu and [WEP] is selected in the [Security] menu, the operation is the same as when [Open system] is selected, regardless of the setting in the [Authentication] menu. The installed wireless LAN module is displayed in the [Information] > [Wi-Fi Module] menu.

The setting items are as follows:

Enable

Enable or disable the Wi-Fi connection.

IPv4

Configure IPv4 for Wi-Fi.

IPv6

Configure IPv6 for Wi-Fi.

If the [Wi-Fi Direct] is already set, this setting item is not displayed.

Proxy

Configure the proxy for Wi-Fi.

Wi-Fi Protected Setup

Set the wireless LAN connection with the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) function.

Wi-Fi Direct

Set the Wi-Fi Direct function.

◦	Enabled only if you have selected [Infrastructure] in the [Mode] menu.

Band

Set the Band.

◦	Appears only if you have selected [Infrastructure] in the [Mode] menu.

SSID

Shows the SSID.

To set this item, go to the web configuration page.

Hidden SSID

Set the hidden SSID.

◦	Enabled only if you have selected [Infrastructure] in the [Mode] menu.

Mode

Set the communication mode.

Channel

Set the communication channel.

◦	Enabled only if you have selected [Ad-hoc] in the [Mode] menu.

Security

Shows the security (encryption method).

To set this item, go to the web configuration page.

WEP Conf.

Set the WEP key.

◦	Enabled only if you have selected [WEP] in the [Security] menu.

WPA Conf.

Set the WPA authentication.

◦	Enabled only if you have selected [WPA2/WPA] or [WPA2] in the [Security] menu.

EAP Conf.

Set the EAP authentication.

◦	Enabled only if you have set [Enterprise (802.1x)] or [Enterprise (802.1x)] in the [WPA Conf.] menu, or if you have selected in the [Security] menu.
