The options are as follows: Warning A warning message appears if "Cylinder off", "Suction on", or "Press on" occurs. Error An error occurs if "Cylinder off", "Suction on", or "Press on" occurs. • Warning messages and error processes are shown below. Status Meaning Warning Error Cylinder off The cylinder has not returned to its origin. The cylinder has not returned to its origin. Check the air supply. Cylinder error (backward) Error Message 1090 (Cylinder Error (Backward)) Suction on A label is stuck on the suction plate. There is a label on the suction plate. Remove the label. Apply error (label is remaining) Error Message 1083 (Apply Error (Label Is Remaining)) Press on A label is being pressed on. The pressure sensor is on. Check the pressure sensor. Cylinder error (forward)) Error Message 1089 (Cylinder Error (Forward)) • A warning message “Action stop signal is ON, and the action is stopped.” will be displayed if an action stop signal is input regardless of this setting.
