Conditions Not to Transit to the Sleep Mode ◦ During adjustment, setting, or download modes ◦ When the product is in low-battery status (error 1043) ◦ When no battery is installed (error 1060) ◦ When the temperature in the product exceeds the tolerance range (error 1022, 1064, 1065) Conditions to Return from the Sleep Mode ◦ When the cover is closed and opened ◦ While the product receives the data ◦ When the button is pressed ◦ When the battery is removed with an AC adapter connected (error 1060) ◦ When an AC adapter is removed or connected ◦ When the USB cable is removed or connected ◦ When charging is completed ◦ When the product detects the Battery Low error (error 1043) ◦ When the Auto Power-Off mode is selected • The sleep function is disabled if you set the period to 0. • When you press a button during the sleep mode, the product returns to the normal mode. Press the button again after the product returns to the normal mode. • When the product transits to the sleep mode during wireless LAN connection, the product returns to the normal mode after it receives the data. However, if you move the product temporarily outside the access point connection range, the product is disconnected from wireless LAN. If you want to reconnect it to the wireless LAN, press any button to clear the sleep mode.
