Install Package

This feature allows you to apply the clone configuration to the printer in a PKG format file or install the AEP package to the printer.

The authorized SATO technical personnel can also install the printer firmware or firmware patch to the printer. Please contact your SATO reseller or technical support center if you need to install any firmware to the printer.

1.	On the printer page, click [Others] > [Tools] of the selected printer.

The [Tools] menu is shown.

2.	Click the [Install Package] tab.

The [Install Package] menu is shown.

3.	Click the file insert box (1) to select the package file for the installation.

4.	Click [Install].

A confirmation dialog is shown.

5.	After confirming, click [Yes] to proceed.

The installation started and the warning dialog is shown.

6.	Read the warning message carefully and wait for the installation to be completed.

The printer will reboot automatically when the installation is completed.
