When you open the SATO All-In-One Tool application, the default screen shows the printer page.

(1) Top Toolbar

The top toolbar menu allows you to perform several actions, such as logging in/out, accessing various useful apps, setting preferences, viewing notifications and information on the latest updates, as well as searching and filtering the printer list shown on the printer page.

(2) Printer Page

The printer page allows you to view and manage all the registered printers remotely. You can navigate to other pages from the printer page to access detailed information, configuration, individual printer software utilities, and more.

(3) Printer Grouping

The printer grouping feature allows you to manage and organize printers using a hierarchical structure with subfolders nested within parent folders.

(4) SATO Chatbot

The SATO Chatbot provides instant access to our knowledge base for SATO product solutions, with the option to connect to live agents for real-time support.
