Creating Folders and Subfolders

Moving Printers to Another Folder

After all target SATO printers have been successfully detected or registered into the application, they will appear on the printer page.

You can categorize and group printers based on individual preferences and organizational needs.

The printer grouping feature allows you to manage and organize printers using a hierarchical structure with subfolders nested within parent folders.

Prerequisties:

•	Make sure the preferred printer list (Personal or Shared) is selected before grouping printers.

1.	Click the button on the upper left of the printer page.

The [Printer Grouping] panel is shown.

To close the [Printer Grouping] panel, click .

You can easily create folders and subfolders, delete folders, or move printers to another folder using the Drag-and-Drop function. Click the following links for more details.
