[Bluetooth] Settings

Set the Bluetooth connection.

The setting items are as follows:

[General]

The setting items are as follows:

[Enable]

Enable or disable the functions for Bluetooth.

[BT Operation Mode]

Set the operating mode for when Bluetooth is enabled.

[Name]

Set the device name for the printer.

You can enter 1 to 53 characters. Alphabets (capital and small letters), numbers and symbols can be used.

[PIN Code]

Set the PIN code.

You can enter 4 to 16 characters for the PIN code. Alphabets (capital and small letters), numbers and symbols can be used.

[BD Address]

Shows the BD address of the printer. (You cannot change this address.)

[Firm Version]

Shows the firmware version of the Bluetooth. (You cannot change this value.)

[IAP Ready]

Shows the operational status of the IAP authentication chip, enabling the communication between an iOS-equipped device and a Bluetooth device.

[iOS Reconnect]

Disable the iOS reconnect function or set it to the Manual mode.

[Authentication]

Set the authentication level.

[ISI]

Set the ISI communication parameter.

The setting range is 0, or from 18 to 4096.

Set to a value that is more than the ISW communication parameter setting value.

[ISW]

Set the ISW communication parameter.

The setting range is 0, or from 18 to 4096.

The setting range varies depending on the ISI communication parameter setting value.

Set to a value that is less than the ISI communication parameter setting value.

[PSI]

Set the PSI communication parameter.

The setting range is from 18 to 4096.

Set to a value that is more than the PSW communication parameter setting value.

[PSW]

Set the PSW communication parameter.

The setting range is from 18 to 4096.

The setting range varies depending on the PSI communication parameter setting value.

Set to a value that is less than the PSI communication parameter setting value.

[Give BD Address]

When [Give BD Address] is enabled, the BD address is given to the device name for the printer.

[IO Compatible]

Set the authentication process for secure simple pairing.

[CRC Mode]

Enable or disable the CRC check function.

[Flow Control]

Set the communication protocol.

[Paired Devices]

Shows the list of paired devices connected to the printer.

To delete a paired device from the list.

1.	Click the [Delete] button to delete the device you wish to remove.

2.	After confirming, click [OK] to proceed.

• CL4NX/CL4NX Plus/CL4NX-J/CL4NX-J Plus series, CL6NX/CL6NX Plus/CL6NX-J/CL6NX-J Plus series and PW208NX/PW208mNX, has the capability to pair with up to 10 devices, while PW4NX can pair with a maximum of 8 devices. • When the list of paired devices is already full, the information of the new paired device will be added to the end of the list, and the information of the first paired device will be removed from the list.
