[Information] Menu

The following items are available in the [Information] menu:

[Build Version]

Shows the printer’s version and other information.

[Kernel Version]

Shows the kernel version.

[Name]

Shows the name of the build version.

[Date]

Shows the build date.

[Print Module]

Shows information related to the print module in the printer.

The items are as follows:

[Boot]

Shows the Boot firmware information.

[Name]

Shows the Boot firmware version.

[Release Date]

Shows the Boot firmware release date.

[Checksum]

Shows the Boot firmware checksum.

[Main]

Shows the Main firmware information.

[Name]

Shows the Main firmware version.

[Release Date]

Shows the Main firmware release date.

[Checksum]

Shows the Main firmware checksum.

[Sensor Module]

Shows information related to the sensor module in the printer.

The items are as follows:

[Boot]

Shows the Boot firmware information.

[Name]

Shows the Boot firmware version.

[Release Date]

Shows the Boot firmware release date.

[Checksum]

Shows the Boot firmware checksum.

[Main]

Shows the Main firmware information.

[Name]

Shows the Main firmware version.

[Release Date]

Shows the Main firmware release date.

[Checksum]

Shows the Main firmware checksum.

[FPGA Version]

Shows the FPGA version of the printer.

[Name]

Shows the FPGA version.

[Counters]

Shows information about the printer’s counter.

• Only SATO authorized service personnel is permitted to clear the counter.

The items are as follows:

[Head]

Shows information about the head counter on the printer.

The items are as follows:

[Life]

Shows the current print distance.

[Head 1]/[Head 2]/[Head 3]

[Head 1] shows the current print distance.

When you replace the print head and the counter is cleared, the value of [Head 2] appears in [Head 3], and the value of [Head 1] appears in [Head 2]. [Head 1] will start to count from 0 again.

[Dispenser]

Shows the current print distance in dispenser mode.

[Belt(Gear Box)]

Shows the current distance the gearbox timing belt has advanced the media in the eject direction.

The items are as follows:

[Belt 1]/[Belt 2]/[Belt 3]

[Belt 1] shows the current distance the belt has fed.

When you replace the belt and the counter is cleared, the value of [Belt 2] appears in [Belt 3], and the value of [Belt 1] appears in [Belt 2]. [Belt 1] will start to count from 0 again.

[Belt(Ribbon)]

Shows the current distance the ribbon timing belt has advanced the media in the eject direction.

The items are as follows:

[Belt 1]/[Belt 2]/[Belt 3]

[Belt 1] shows the current distance the belt has fed.

When you replace the belt and the counter is cleared, the value of [Belt 2] appears in [Belt 3], and the value of [Belt 1] appears in [Belt 2]. [Belt 1] will start to count from 0 again.

[Cutter]

Shows the current number of cuts.

[Active Printing]

Shows the setting information of the active printing operations.

The items are as follows:

[Print Mode]

Shows the current print mode.

[Sensor Type]

Shows the type of media pitch sensor being used.

[LAN]

Shows the address of the LAN interface.

The items are as follows:

[LAN IPv4 Address]

Shows the IPv4 address of the LAN.

[LAN IPv6 Address]

Shows the IPv6 address of the LAN.

[LAN MAC]

Shows the MAC address of the LAN.

[Wi-Fi]

Shows the address of the wireless LAN interface.

Shows only if the wireless LAN is installed and Wi-Fi is the active interface.

The items are as follows:

[Wi-Fi IPv4 Address]

Shows the IPv4 address of the wireless LAN.

[Wi-Fi IPv6 Address]

Shows the IPv6 address of the wireless LAN.

[Wi-Fi MAC]

Shows the MAC address of the wireless LAN.

[Wi-Fi Versions]

Shows the version of the wireless LAN.

Shows only if the wireless LAN is installed and Wi-Fi is the active interface.

[Firmware]

Shows the firmware version.

[Bluetooth]

Shows the information of the Bluetooth connection.

This information is shown only if the Bluetooth kit is installed.

The items are as follows:

[Name]

Shows the name of the Bluetooth.

[BD Address]

Shows the BD address of the Bluetooth.

[IPv4 Address]

Shows the IPv4 address.

[IPv6 Address]

Shows the IPv6 address.

[LAN MAC]

Shows the MAC address of the LAN.

[Wi-Fi MAC]

Shows the MAC address of the wireless LAN.

Shows only if the wireless LAN is installed and Wi-Fi is the active interface.

[Wi-Fi Module]

Shows the name of the installed wireless LAN module.

Shows only if the wireless LAN is installed and Wi-Fi is the active interface.
