What to check	Countermeasure
Are the product and external device connected with a cable correctly?	Connect the cable correctly. Rear View
Is the power of the external device on?	Power on the external device.
Are the interface settings of the product set correctly?	Set the interface settings of the product again. External I/O

Power the product and external device off and then on again if the error cannot be resolved.
