Adjusting the Print Settings During Printing

You can change various settings during printing by registering them to the [Shortcut] menu in advance. Follow the procedure below to adjust the setting items registered to the [Shortcut] menu during printing.

1.	Press the button.

The [Shortcut] menu appears.

2.	Select an item and adjust the setting.

• When setting values are changed from the [Shortcut] menu during printing, the timing at which the changed values are reflected in the printing varies depending on the setting item. • Some of the setting items registered to the [Shortcut] menu cannot be changed in Online mode or in Offline mode with the print job (paused). • When [Printing] > [Advanced] > [Prioritize] menu has been set to [Commands] and the print settings have been specified by command, the changes made in the [Shortcut] menu will be applied only to the data already analyzed at that time. The settings specified by command will be applied to the rest of the data.
