Media Sensor Type Is the print position set correctly? (Pitch, base reference point correction of the vertical position) Adjust the print position (pitch, base reference point correction of the vertical position). Adjusting the Print Position Imaging Are the platen roller and media sensor dirty? Clean the platen roller and media sensor.
