RS-232C Interface Connection (Standard) Are the product's interface settings set correctly? Set the interface settings of the product again. RS-232C Is the RS-232C port of the computer to which the product is connected enabled? If there are multiple RS-232C ports on the computer, connect to another port. Power the product and computer off and then on again if the error cannot be resolved. Powering On/Off the Product Contact your SATO technical support if the error still cannot be resolved.
