Cannot Power Off the Product

Normally, you can power off the product by pressing the / (Standby/Home) button for more than two seconds and then confirming the message.

Powering Off the Product

If you cannot power off the product by the normal powering off operation, power off the product by pressing and holding the / (Standby/Home) button for more than 10 seconds.

• Do not power off the product by disconnecting the power cord or removing the battery.
