Check the cause and countermeasure of the error, and then take appropriate action. When an Error Message Appears Did you try printing after you opened and closed the top cover? Open and close the top cover and tap [FEED] in Offline mode. Is the media loaded correctly? Load the media correctly. Loading Media Has anything, such as the media, jammed? Check the part where the media has jammed, and then remove the media. Refer to the video for loading the media, for the media path, and for the operation of each part inside the product.
