Access and Log in to the Web Configuration

Access the printer from your browser to configure the printer settings from a remote location.

• To access the web configuration screen, the printer must be connected to a wired LAN or wireless LAN.

1.	Enter "https://printer IP address" in the browser's address bar.

If the printer IP address is 192.168.143.123, enter the following URL: https://192.168.143.123.

• When a security certificate is prompted, you must acknowledge and click Continue.

2.	Enter the [User name] and [Password].

• The initial password is assigned uniquely for each printer. Check the labels included with the printer.

3.	Click [Login].

Upon login, the Dashboard screen appears.

4.	Click [Remote Desktop] and then click [Connect].

• To use the remote desktop function, you must enable [Remote Desktop] in the [Interface] menu on the printer. Go to [Settings] > [Interface] > [Network] > [Network Services] > [Remote Desktop] menu.

5.	Click from the settings screen to log in to the printer.

6.	Enter the [User ID] and [Password], then click .

Upon login, the settings screen appears.
