Install Package (For WT4-AXB Series (International Model) Printers)

This feature enables the installation of printer firmware or firmware patches. However, this task can only be performed by authorized SATO technical personnel. If you need to install firmware on your printer, please contact your SATO reseller or technical support center for assistance.

1.	On the printer page, click [Others] > [Tools] of the selected printer.

The [Tools] menu is shown.

2.	Click the [Install Package] tab.

The [Install Package] menu is shown.

3.	Click the file insert box corresponding to the following file types and select the appropriate file to upload.

◦	Boot Strap (a)

◦	Firmware (b)

◦	System Font (c)

You can upload one, two, or all three file types simultaneously.

4.	Click [Install].

A confirmation dialog is shown.

5.	After confirming, click [Yes] to proceed.

The installation started and the warning dialog is shown.

6.	Read the warning message carefully and wait for the installation to be completed.

The installation status is shown on the right side of the dialog.

Click the [Back to Main] to return to the printer page.
