About Various Connection Statuses
While connecting the printer to the Loftware Cloud, the printer displays various connection statuses on the printer screen. The different connection statuses are described as follows:
- [DISCONNECTED]
- Not connected to the server. Attempting to automatically reconnect using the current credentials within a random interval of 30 seconds.
- [UNAVAILABLE]
- The server connection is established, but no credentials are available.
- [UNREGISTERED]
- The server connection was established, but the credentials have not yet been verified. The system will retry to become available using the current credentials at random intervals of 30 seconds.
- [REGISTERED]
- The server connection is established, and credentials are verified.
- [AVAILABLE]
- The server connection is established, credentials verified, and the printer is ready to receive print jobs.
[Menu] Screen
On the online screen, select the Menu button to access the [Menu] screen.
- If a password is enabled and set in the printer's [Settings] > [System] menu, you need to enter that password to access the [Menu] screen.
You can manually configure the printer on the [Menu] screen or view the application version.

- [Config]
-
You may need to access the [Config] screen to change the connection settings on an already-connected printer.
In some scenarios, the printer may disconnect due to changes in the server account, an invalid password, the registered printer being removed from the list, and many other reasons. You may be required to reregister a new Cloud printer in the Loftware Control Center and reconnect the printer to the Loftware Cloud.
The [Config] screen will also appear if, for example, you have a package file or CSV file with serial numbers, but the printer's serial number does not match the list. In such cases, you must manually enter the [Account name] and [Password] after selecting [Config].
If a USB memory containing a CSV file or an edited package file is inserted into the printer, additional configuration options will be displayed.
