Operations in the Swipe Down Menu

In the swipe down menu, you can adjust the volume and the brightness of the LCD, feed the media, or see the login information of the SATO App Storage application you are running.

To open the swipe down menu, swipe down the status bar at the top of the screen.

You can enable or disable the swipe down menu in [Swipe Down Menu] in the [System] menu.

(1) Tap the icon to display the product information.

This function is supported by build version 5.6.0 or later firmware.

• IPv4 address for LAN and wireless LAN appears only if the respective interfaces are enabled; IPv6 address does not appear. • When Wi-Fi Direct is active, the Wi-Fi Direct IP address appears instead of the IPv4 address of the wireless LAN. • When the wireless LAN connection is enabled, but the connection fails, the Wi-Fi Confirmation Code appears instead of the IPv4 address of the wireless LAN. The messages differ depending on the cause. Check the following countermeasures, and then take appropriate action. Confirmation Code Cause Countermeasure 104 Configure the wireless LAN settings. Check the wireless LAN settings and module. Check the wireless LAN settings of the product. 209 There is an error in the PSK shared key for WPA/WPA2-Personal operation. Confirm the PSK shared key you have entered. 307 The configured certificate or private key file is corrupt. There is an error in setting the password for the private key file. Check the certificate or private key file you have set. Check the password of the private key file. 308 Authentication failed due to a problem with the expiration date of the certificate. Check the expiration date of the certificate you have set. 309 Server authentication failed using the certificate you have set. Check the certificate you have set. 432 Authentication failed due to ID/password mismatch during EAP-FAST operation. Check the user name or password. 433 The configured PAC file information does not match the server side. Check the PAC file you have set. 434 FAST connection failed. The Anon. Outer ID is not set correctly. Check the Anon. Outer ID. 512 TLS connection failed during Phase-1 operation. (EAP Mode:PEAP) Check the certificate you have set. Check the value of the Anon. Outer ID. Check the inner method on the server side and on the product side. 513 Connection failed due to ID/password mismatch during PEAP operation. Check the user name or password. 514 TLS connection failed during Phase-1 operation. (EAP Mode:TTLS) Check the certificate you have set. Check the value of the Anon. Outer ID. 515 Connection failed due to ID/password mismatch during TTLS operation. Connection failed due to a mismatch in the inner authentication method. Check the user name or password. 516 Connection failed due to password mismatch during LEAP operation. Check the password for the LEAP connection. 517 Connection failed due to ID mismatch during LEAP operation. Check the user name for the LEAP connection. 518 TLS connection failed. Client authentication failed although the configured certificate was used. Check the expiration date of the certificate you have set. Check the certificate you have set. 519 TLS connection failed. Supported version of TLS is different. Cipher is mismatched. Check the version of TLS. Check the value of the cipher suites on the server side. 520 Connection failed due to ID mismatch during TLS operation. Check the user name for the TLS connection. 521 The EAP authentication method between the product and the server is different. Check that the authentication method of the product and the server match.

(2) Slide the bar to adjust the brightness of the LCD.

You can do the settings equivalent to [System] > [LCD Brightness] in the Settings mode.

(3) Slide the bar to adjust the volume.

You can do the settings equivalent to [System] > [Sound] > [Volume] in the Settings mode.

(4) Feed the media.

(5) Tap [INFO] to see login information and the access time to SATO App Storage.

The SATO App Storage icon and [INFO] appear when running an application which is set to enable automatic application update via SATO App Storage.

(6) Close the swipe down menu.
