What to check	Countermeasure
Is the optional wireless LAN/Bluetooth kit installed?	Install the optional wireless LAN/Bluetooth kit. Wireless LAN Interface Connection (Optional)
Are the devices using the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or a microwave oven, in use near the product?	Install the product in a location away from any devices that use the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or microwaves.
Is there an obstacle, such as a metal rack, between the product and the host?	Perform the wireless LAN communication when there is no obstacle, such as a metal rack, between the product and the host.
Are the interface settings of the product set correctly?	Set the interface settings of the product again. Wi-Fi Menu

Power on the product again if the error cannot be resolved.
