Load the media correctly. Loading Media Is the print position (horizontal) correct? Adjust the print position (base reference point correction of the horizontal position). In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and set the [Printing] > [Imaging] menu. Imaging Are the platen roller and media sensor dirty? Clean the platen roller and media sensor.
