You can add these printers and manage them across the network. Printer Grouping You can organize and group printers based on specific criteria or classification. The categorization of printers can vary depending on individual preferences and organizational requirements. Unit Converter You can perform unit conversion among dot, mm, cm, inch and hex. Graphic Conversion You can convert raster graphics files (*.BMP;*.GIF;*.JPG;*.PNG) into SBPL commands. Showing and Editing Printer Information You can view the basic information of the printer such as the model name, connected interface, firmware version, etc. Test Print You can perform a test print using a designated file, or the selected printer setting information. Reboot You can restart the printer remotely. Printer Display Customization You can download boot splash/screen images and help videos. Exporting Printer Log You can extract and save logs or records of printer activities for troubleshooting purposes. This function is useful for transferring the settings of an existing printer you are replacing to continue using them in a new printer, or when you are setting up multiple printers with the same settings. Media Profiles Registration When you are using multiple types of media, register print settings as media profiles for each type of media. You can easily access those settings from the Home screen of the printer. This function is only available for CT4-LX/CT4-LX-HC/HC4-LX series printer. Exporting Configuration for NFC You can export the printer configuration from the selected printer and save it as an AIOTNFC file that can be used with the Mobile All-In-One Tool. (Only available for global users outside Japan) Functions When Using Commands Send SBPL to Printer Driver You can send SBPL print file to SATO printer driver via the interface defined in the driver properties. Sending and Previewing SBPL Command You can send SBPL commands to the selected printer or preview the SBPL command output from the printer. You can also use it to retrieve the printer response from the command.
