You can add these printers and manage them across the network. Printer Grouping You can organize and group printers based on specific criteria or classification. The categorization of printers can vary depending on individual preferences and organizational requirements. Unit Converter You can perform unit conversion among dot, mm, cm, inch and hex. Graphic Conversion You can convert raster graphics files (*.BMP;*.GIF;*.JPG;*.PNG) into SBPL commands. Showing and Editing Printer Information You can view the basic information of the printer such as the model name, connected interface, firmware version, etc. Test Print You can perform a test print using a designated file, or the selected printer setting information. Reboot You can restart the printer remotely. Printer Display Customization You can download boot splash/screen images and help videos. Exporting Printer Log You can extract and save logs or records of printer activities for troubleshooting purposes. This function allows you to export Hex-Dump data from the printer, which is a record of received data in a hexadecimal format that can be saved on your PC for analysis or sharing. This feature is available only for CL4NX/CL4NX Plus/CL4NX-J/CL4NX-J Plus series, CL6NX/CL6NX Plus/CL6NX-J/CL6NX-J Plus series, PW208NX/PW208mNX and PW4NX printers. Setting Auxiliary Functions Clone You can copy the printer settings and save them as a PKG file to the PC. This function is useful for transferring the settings of an existing printer you are replacing to continue using them in a new printer, or when you are setting up multiple printers with the same settings. Media Profiles Registration When you are using multiple types of media, register print settings as media profiles for each type of media. You can easily access those settings from the Home screen of the printer. This function is only available for CT4-LX/CT4-LX-HC/HC4-LX series printer. Exporting Configuration for NFC You can export the printer configuration from the selected printer and save it as an AIOTNFC file that can be used with the Mobile All-In-One Tool. Easy RFID Configuration You can effectively and accurately configured the printer for UHF RFID settings. (Only available for global users outside Japan) Functions When Using Commands Send SBPL to Printer Driver You can send SBPL print file to SATO printer driver via the interface defined in the driver properties. Sending and Previewing SBPL Command You can send SBPL commands to the selected printer or preview the SBPL command output from the printer. You can also use it to retrieve the printer response from the command. Functions for Uploading Font Upload You can upload the full set of TrueType Font (TTF) or Bitmap font with a specific size to the printer. Graphics Upload You can upload and save the graphics into the memory of the printer. Firmware Upload You can apply the clone configuration to the printer in PKG format file or install the AEP package to the printer. The authorized SATO technical personnel can also install the printer firmware or firmware patch to the printer. Upload certificates You can upload certificates used for Wi-Fi authentication and HTTPS. Others Function Setting to Offline/Online You can remotely set the printer to online or offline mode.
