Firmware Upload

This function allows the authorized SATO technical personnel to upload the firmware to the printer. Please contact your SATO reseller or technical support center if you need to upload any firmware to the printer.

　

On the printer page, click [Others] > [File Upload] > [Firmware Upload] of the selected printer.

This shortcut will direct you to the [Others] > [Tools] > [Install Package].
