Check the settings, such as the IP address and subnet mask, in the interface settings of the product.

Also, check that the power of the hub is on, and that it is not defective.

If the error is not solved, power on the product again.

Enable the wireless LAN or Bluetooth connections on the product.

Install the product in a location away from any devices that use the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or microwave ovens.
Make sure there are no obstacles, such as metal racks, between the product and the host.

If the error is not solved, power on the product again.

Connect the cable correctly.

- If there are multiple USB ports on the computer, connect to another port
- Disconnect other USB devices from the computer

If the error is not solved, power on the product and computer again.

Connect the cable correctly.
Check that the power of the external device is on.
Please disable the sleep mode.
Set the interface settings of the product again.
