Is the sensor level set correctly?	Adjust the media sensor for the media you are using. In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and execute the [Printing] > [Advanced] > [Calibrate] > [Auto-calibration] menu. Auto-calibration

Are the platen roller and media sensor dirty?	Clean the platen roller and media sensor. Cleaning the Inside of the Product Cleaning the Inside of the Product (for Linerless Models)
