Loading Media Are the print head and media sensor dirty or is there a label attached to them? Clean the print head and media sensor. Cleaning the Inside of the Product Cleaning the Inside of the Product (for Linerless Models) After that, perform a test print with the product. In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and execute the [Tools] > [Test Print] menu. Test Print Are the print darkness and print speed set correctly? Set the print darkness and print speed correctly. In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and set [Darkness] and [Speed] in the [Printing] menu.
