Sign in with Email (One-Time Authentication Code)

Sign in with SATO ID AUTH

When you use All-In-One Tool for the first time, you are a guest and will have limited access. Users are encouraged to sign up and log in with their accounts so they can have full access to the functionality of this application.

• If you use the All-In-One Tool as a guest, you cannot perform the following operations. ◦ Export Printer Log ◦ Easy RFID Configuration ◦ Save & Apply Configuration

You can sign in with your email address using a one-time authentication code, or by using your Google, Microsoft, or SATO ID AUTH account.

• An icon appears beside the username to indicate the selected sign-in method, except when signing in with an email address using one-time authentication.

The following procedure show various sign in option.

Sign in with Email (One-Time Authentication Code)

The following procedure shows you how to sign in using your email address and a one-time authentication code.

• Alternatively, you can sign in using your Google account or Microsoft account by following the on-screen instructions.

1.	Click the User icon on the upper right.

2.	Enter your email address and click [Get Authentication Code].

An email confirmation dialog is shown.

3.	Confirm your email address and click [OK].

4.	You will receive an email with the authentication code sent from the system. Check your mailbox to get the authentication code from your email.

5.	Enter the last 6 characters of the authentication code with the first 3 characters identical to the login dialog.

• You need to enter the authentication code within 20 minutes after receiving the email. If the code is expired, click [Get Authentication Code] again to receive another new code.

6.	Click [Submit].

7.	Enter your Username to be registered in All-In-One Tool and click [Submit].

• The username must not exceed 32 characters. • The username can include letters, numbers, symbols, spaces, and Japanese or Chinese characters. It cannot be empty or contain question marks (?).

Sign in with SATO ID AUTH

Give users the convenience of signing on to SATO applications with a single set of ID and password. Users only need to sign in once with SATO ID AUTH account, Google or Microsoft account to access the different applications and services.

• Ensure that your account (such as gmail.com, or outlook.com) is pre-registered in the SATO ID AUTH portal to enable successful login.

1.	Click the User icon on the upper right.

2.	Click [Sign in with SATO ID AUTH].

3.	Select your preferred language. Enter your registered email address and password for SATO ID AUTH, and then click [Sign in].

Upon successful login, the All-In-One Tool application opens, showing the printer page. The User icon will display the logged-in account.

• If signing in for the first time, a dialog will appear prompting you to send an authentication code. Continue with steps 4 to 7 to complete the authentication process. • If you forget your password, click [Forgot password] on the login screen and follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.

4.	Click [Send authentication code].

5.	You will receive an email with the authentication code sent from the system. Check your mailbox to retrieve the code.

6.	Enter the authentication code in the provided field.

7.	Click [Check authentication code].

• If you do not receive the code within a few minutes, click [Send new authentication code] to request a new one.

Upon successful login, the All-In-One Tool application opens, showing the printer page. The User icon will display the logged-in account.
