On the [Apply Configuration] tab menu, click the file insert box (a) and select the XML file previously saved.

Click the [Select Printer Settings] drop-down list (b) and select the available printer settings.
You can have multiple selections of the printer settings or select the [Select All] check box (c) to select all the printer settings on the list.

Click the [Select Printer(s)] drop-down list (d) and select the available printers of the selected printer series.
Or, you can select the [Select All] check box (e) to select all the printers on the list.

Click [Submit] to proceed.
Viewing the Summary
Users can view the [View Summary] to check the configuration details.

Click the [Detailed View] button to switch view.
To [Filter] the summary results, select one of the following option: [Success], [Failed], [Excluded], or [Only in Target].
Click [Success] to filter settings that were successfully applied to the target printer.
Click [Failed] to filter settings that failed to applied to the target printer.
Click [Excluded] to filter settings that are not applied to the target printer because some of them may cause potential issues to the printer.
Click [Only in Target] to filter settings that exist only in the target printer. These are new settings that do not exist in the source printer and will not be applied to the new printer.

Click the [Export as CSV] to export the summary to CSV file.
If needed, click [Refresh] to reload the Apply Summary result.
Error Messages
[Error Occurred]: One or more selected settings cannot be applied.
[Failed to Reboot]: The printer could not restart successfully.
[Failed to Establish Connection ]: The printer is not connected or the network is unavailable.
[Retry]: Allows users to retry when settings fail to apply, or when the system fails to connect or reboot.
[More Information]: Allows users to view which specific setting has failed to apply.
[Retry All]: Allows users to retry applying failed settings when multiple printers are in an error state, including fails to connect or reboot. If multiple printers fail for different reasons, selecting [Retry All] will retry each printer based on its respective failure reason.
Similar buttons, such as [Retry], also show when the printer fails to reboot or connect.
