• Exiting the [Statistics Logger] function will clear all currently retrieved statistics logs unless you have exported and saved the log file.

• Do not move your Android device or iPhone away from the printer until the printer icon and model name appear on the [Statistics Logger] screen. Moving the device too early may interrupt the connection and result in incomplete data transfer.
• Some data may not be captured when the printer is powered off. These fields will show [Data not available].

Moving the device too early may interrupt the connection and result in incomplete data transfer.On the first scan, only standard data is retrieved. Network-related fields such as [LAN], [WLAN], or [Serial Number] may not be captured and will appear greyed out in the printer log list.

◦Once retrieved, the selected field, serial number, [LAN] or [WLAN], will appear in solid text, indicating successful data capture.
• If the printer model does not support a specific data field, it will display [Data not available]. If the field is not captured, it will display [Data not obtained].
