• Exiting the [Statistics Logger] function will clear all currently retrieved statistics logs unless you have exported and saved the log file.

• Do not move your Android device or iPhone away from the printer until the printer icon and model name appear on the [Statistics Logger] screen. Moving the device too early may interrupt the connection and result in incomplete data transfer.
• Some data may not be captured when the printer is powered off. These fields will show [Data not available].When you use the NFC interface, tap [Verify Status] on the [Easy Printer Login] page to check whether printer login is required. You can also log in to the printer using the NFC interface from this page.For more information, refer to Verify the Printer Login Status and Log In to the Printer Using the NFC Interface.

Network-related fields such as [LAN], [WLAN], or [Serial Number] may not be captured and will appear greyed out in the printer log list.

◦Once retrieved, the selected field, serial number, [LAN] or [WLAN], will appear in solid text, indicating successful data capture.
• If the printer model does not support a specific data field, it will display [Data not available]. If the field is not captured, it will display [Data not obtained].
