Exiting the [Statistics Logger] function will clear all currently retrieved statistics logs unless you have exported and saved the log file.

Retrieving Statistics Log When the Printer Is Powered On/Standby Mode

On the Home page, tap the [Statistics Logger] icon.

Tap the [Scan printer] button located at the bottom of the screen.
Do not move your Android device or iPhone away from the printer until the printer icon and model name appear on the [Statistics Logger] screen. Moving the device too early may interrupt the connection and result in incomplete data transfer.
On the first scan, only standard data is retrieved. Network-related fields such as [LAN], [WLAN], or [Serial Number] may not be captured and will appear greyed out in the printer log list.

Once retrieved, the selected field, serial number, [LAN] or [WLAN], will appear in solid text, indicating successful data capture.
If the printer model does not support a specific data field, it will display [Data not available]. If the field is not captured, it will display [Data not obtained].
Tap the icon next to the printer log you want to remove, then tap [Delete].

Tap [Clear] if you are sure to delete all logs from the list.
