Package Upload

Users can upload custom fonts to printer's memory, thus optimizing print strings and enhancing overall throughput.

Furthermore, it is possible to upload the clone configuration onto the printer in a PKG format file or install the AEP package to the printer.

This functionality enables authorized SATO technical personnel to also install printer firmware or firmware patch to the printer.

• You can only use TCP/IP (for printers connected via LAN or Wi-Fi) or Bluetooth (Android device only) interface for uploading files. On iPhone devices, [File Upload] is not available when the printer is connected via Bluetooth interface. • [File Upload] is not available when using NFC interface.

Prerequisite:

•	From the printer dashboard, make sure the printer is connected before you can upload the files. If the printer supports the login feature, you must sign in before proceeding.

1.	On the printer dashboard, tap [File Upload].

2.	On the [File Upload] screen, you can choose to upload font files or package file.
