Adjust the orientation of the print head. Front - Rear Head Alignment Is the head pressure balance set correctly? Set the correct head pressure balance. Adjusting the Head Pressure Balance Are the media and ribbon loaded correctly? Load the media and ribbon correctly. Loading Media Loading Ribbon (Thermal Transfer Only) Are the print head and media sensor dirty or is there a label attached to them? Clean the print head and media sensor.
