Showing and Editing Printer Information

Printer Logging In/Logging Out

After all target SATO printers have been successfully detected or registered into the application, they will appear on the printer page.

You can view and manage all the registered printers remotely on this page. You can monitor the printer status, error condition or sort the printers based on different categories. You can also view each printer’s information and configure the printer settings.

The printer page can be shown by list view or grid view.

(1) [Add Printer] button

You can manually add a printer to the list.

Refer to Adding a Printer Manually via Supported Interface Setting for more details on the operation.

　

(2) [Discover Printers] button

You can add printers to the list via the Auto-Discovery function.

(3) [List view] button

You can view the registered printers in list view.

(4) [Grid view] button

You can view the registered printers in grid view.

(5) [Login] button

This feature is available only for CL4NX/CL6NX/CL4NX-J/CL6NX-J/CL4NX Plus/CL6NX Plus/CL4NX-J Plus/CL6NX-J Plus series that are installed with firmware version 1.16.0 or later.

Refer to Printer Logging In/Logging Out for instructions on how to log in to printer using either the factory provided password or SATO ID AUTH account.
