Using CropBox Mode (CL4NX/CL6NX/CL4NX Plus/CL6NX Plus/S84NX/S86NX)

• This manual uses screenshots of the CL4NX series printer in its descriptions. The screen is slightly different when using the S84NX/S86NX series printers.

By enabling the [Use CropBox] mode, you can print out the contents based on the boundary set if a PDF contains a CropBox definition.

• MediaBox and CropBox standards are based on PDF specification.

1.	When the printer is in Online mode, press the button to change to Offline mode.

2.	Press the button to show the [Settings] mode.

3.	Select [Applications] using the / buttons, then press the button.

4.	Select [DIRECT PRINT] using the / buttons, then press the button.

5.	Select [PDF setting] using the / buttons, then press the button.

6.	Select [Use CropBox] and press the button.

The [Use CropBox] screen appears.

7.	Select [Enabled] using the / buttons.

8.	Press the / button or button to save the setting.

9.	Press the button to change to Offline mode.

10.	Press the button again to change to Online mode.

You can print to check the print image.
