Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard displays the current status and information of the connected printer, along with the primary features that require an active printer connection. From the dashboard, users can configure printer settings in real time, download files to the printer, perform test prints, send SBPL commands, and access other printer-related functions.

　

Side menu (Dashboard)

The Side menu icon is available on the dashboard and most function pages.

Tap to open the side menu, which provides the following options:

[Back to Home]

Tap [Back to Home] to return to the [Printer] page.

　

[Dashboard]

Tap to return to the dashboard view.

　

Function Options

The side menu allows you to conveniently switch between different functions without returning to the dashboard. Tap a function name to open the corresponding function page.

• Swipe left to close the side menu.

Switch printer icon

Tap to open the [Switch printer] panel.

From this panel, user can easily switch to select a printer from the existing [Printer] list, select NFC interface, or add a new printer to the [Printer] list.

[Current selected printer]

Displays the currently selected printer or the NFC interface in use.

[Use NFC interface]

Tap [Use NFC interface] to transfer data between your Android device or iPhone and the printer using NFC.

Printer list

Tap a printer in the list to switch the active printer.

[Add Printer]

Tap [Add Printer] to open the [Add Printer] screen.

• Swipe right to close the [Switch printer] panel.

Printer icon

Tap the printer icon to open the Printer Connection and Access panel.

The Printer Connection and Access panel displays connection-related information for the selected printer. This includes the connected interface, login status, and available access options, if supported by the printer.

The information shown may vary depending on the printer’s supported features, the connection interface in use, or the current printer login status. The following examples illustrate these variations for reference and explanation.

　

　

Connected interface

Displays the interface used to connect to the printer and the current connection status.

Switch printer

Tap to open the [Switch printer] panel.

For more information, refer to (B) Switch printer icon.

Reload

Tap to refresh the printer status.

Printer information and status

Displays the following information for the selected printer:

◦	Printer name

◦	Printer IP address and port number, or Bluetooth address

◦	Printer series and serial number

◦	Login status and level or connection status

Displays the user access level when the user is logged in to the printer. This information is not shown if the printer does not support the login feature.

If the printer is not connected, [Printer is not connected] is displayed.

TCP/IP Encryption or Bluetooth Encryption setting

Turn on or off the [Use Encryption] toggle based on the printer configuration. For Bluetooth encryption, tap the option to edit the password if required.

• The encryption setting must match the setting configured on the printer. • This option is not displayed if the printer does not support encryption.

Printer login/log out or reconnect option

◦	Printer login option

The printer login option is displayed when the printer supports the login feature and the user is not logged in.

For more information about the login procedure, refer to Logging in to the Printer .

◦	Printer log out option

When the user is logged in, [Log Out] button is displayed.

Tap [Log Out] to log out of the printer.

　

◦	Reconnect option

When the printer is not connected, the [Reconnect] button is displayed.

Tap [Reconnect] to reconnect to the printer.

• Swipe right to close the Printer Connection and Access panel.

Edit icon

Tap to edit the printer name, IP address, port number, or Bluetooth address.

[Status] button

The [Status] button shows whether the printer is Online, Offline, or Not Connected.

Tap the [Status] button to display the [Status Info] dialog.

[Interface] button

The [Interface] button shows the interface currently used to connect to the printer.

Tap the [Interface] button to show the [Interface Info] dialog.

Login status button

The Login status button appears only when the printer has an active login session. It displays the current login level. If no user is logged in, or if the printer does not support login features, this button is not displayed.

Tap the Login status button to log out.

Function buttons

Tap a function button to perform the corresponding operation on the selected printer.

The following functions are available:

• [Test Print] and [Clone Configuration] are not available for WT4-AXB series (International Model) printers. • On iPhone devices, the [File Upload] and [Clone Configuration] function are not available when the printer is connected via Bluetooth interface.
